Which Countries Do We Ship To?
We currently ship to the United States (all states).
Delivery Times:
It takes us 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) to process your order after you place it. Following processing, your order will be dispatched, and delivery usually takes place within a total of 6-12 business days (Monday - Friday)
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us above as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.
Delayed Orders:
You should receive your order within 6-12 working days (Monday - Friday). If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, don’t worry - delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, holidays, weather, or other circumstances. We kindly ask you to allow an additional 3 working days (Monday - Friday) before reaching out. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us above and we will investigate the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In any case of you receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please take a photo of the problem and contact us via our Contact Page. We will sort the issue out and make sure you get what you ordered and without issue.
